Password Reset Instructions for Students

1. Navigate to passwords.rwu.edu and select 'Reset Password'.

2. Enter your Username, select your domain, and type in the CAPTCHA. As a student, your username will be the first initial of your chosen name, full last name, and the three numbers at the end of your email. The domain will be ACADEMICS.

3. Select a verification option, enter the CAPTCHA and hit Continue.

4. In the example below, the user selected the option "Email verification." Select your email address from the drop down menu, enter the CAPTCHA and hit Continue..

5. Check your email for the eight digit verification code, enter it below and hit continue.

5. Create a new password below. Please ensure your new password meets the following criteria:

Minimum eight characters long
A capital letter
A number
A special character (!,@,#,$,%,^,&,*,etc.)
Cannot contain any sensitive information (Name, Social Security Number, etc.)
Cannot be any of the last three passwords used
