Turning System ON and OFF
To Turn On
- Turn the TV on using the Samsung remote control, or the power button on the bottom of the TV
- If the TV display nothing make sure the PC on the back of the TV is on

- To switch between sources, use the "source" button in the middle of the remote.

The available sources are:
- PC - Desktop PC
- Laptop HDMI - HDMI Connection

To Turn Off
*Note: Please make sure to turn off the system before leaving the room.
- Press the power button on the Samsung remote control
Connecting a Device
Personal Laptop
- To use your own device, plug it into the available HDMI cable.
- If your device does not have an HDMI port, adapters are available for check out at the Media Tech desk, located by the main entrance of the University Library.
Using the Polycom for Zoom
When using Zoom on the Room PC, please follow the instructions below.
- Access Zoom either by clicking the desktop icon or via Bridges. Login using your RWU Microsoft Credentials.
- Once open, go to Audio Settings in the lower left and select Echo Cancelling Speakerphone (Polycom Studio).
- We recommend doing a mic and speaker test via the Zoom Settings.
