Basic Controls:
Turn the Display On / Off

Turn on: Press the power button on the TV remote.

Turn off: When you are done, press the power button or power "off" button.
Adjust the Sound

Use the up and down arrows on the TV remote to change the volume.
Connecting a Laptop

Plug HDMI cable into laptop.

Use the USB-C adapter if needed.
- Use the TV remote to swap to the correct source.
For video calls

Plug the USB cable into your laptop.

Set Camera to the “IOUSB”

Set Audio to “Echo Canceling Speakerphone”
AirMedia (Wireless Projection)
- Use the TV remote to swap to the correct source
- Information on the screen will show you how to connect with AirMedia. Follow those steps.
Troubleshooting Tips:
No picture

Make sure the TV is set to the correct Source. Press the Sources or Inputs button on the TV remote, then choose the correct Source from the list.

Check the computer’s display settings.

Windows computer

Press the Windows key + P on your keyboard.
- A menu will appear on the right side of the screen.

Select Duplicate.

Mac computer
-
Click the Apple menu in the top-left corner.

Click System Settings.
-
Click Displays.
-
Turn on Mirror Displays.
No sound
-
Check the volume on the display.
-
Check the volume settings on the computer.
