Turning System ON and OFF
To Turn On
- Tap the wall mounted screen to begin using the system.
- Select a source to begin projecting.

The available sources are:
- PC - Room Computer
- Laptop - HDMI, VGA, USB-C Connections
- AirMedia - Wireless Connection
- BluRay - BluRay and DVD Discs
- DocCam - Document Camera
To Turn Off
*Note: Please turn off the system before leaving the room.
- Press the EXIT button, and confirm the shut down by pressing YES.
Connecting a Device
Personal Laptop
- There is an HDMI cable attached to the cubby at the teacher's podium that can be used to connect your device.
- As a backup, there is also a VGA connection with a USB-C adapter that can be used.
- Adapters are available for check out at the Media Tech Desk, located by the main entrance of the University Library.
- Select LAPTOP as the source on the wall panel, and the connection your device is wired to.
Discs
- To play a disc, use either the PC disc drive with VLC Media Player, or the Sony BluRay Player.
DocCam
- To use the document camera, make sure the power button is ON and lit blue.
- Select DOCUMENT CAMERA as the source on the wall panel.
AirMedia
- To use the wireless connection, select AIRMEDIA as the source on the wall panel.
- An IP address will be visible in the lower left corner of the TV monitor ("10.103.__.___")
- Type the IP address into the search bar of Chrome or Firefox on your device. This will bring you to a page to download the AirMedia software.
- Once AirMedia is downloaded and open, enter the 4-digit number that appears on the projection into the prompted box.
- This connects the device image/sound to the projector.
Remote Learning
Signing In
- On the room PC, Zoom can be accessed via the desktop icon or through Bridges. Please log in using your Single Sign On (SSO) when using the icon as it uses your RWU Microsoft Credentials.
Using Zoom
- The USB cable coming out of the cubby can be plugged into a laptop to connect the camera and microphone to that device if using zoom through there.
- In the Zoom Audio and Video Settings, please make sure Echo Cancelling Speakerphone and Q-SYS Core 110f are selected.
- The room camera can be controlled from the CAMERA CONTROLS button on the Creston panel. You can pan and tilt the camera as well as zoom in and out.
