Turning on the TV cart
Turn the TV on using thew Samsung remote control, or the power button on the bottom or back right of the monitor.
If using the attached PC, make sure it is either behind or below the monitor.
Connecting a personal device
To use your own device, plug it into the available HDMI cable. You may need an adapter if your laptop does not have an HDMI port.
Using the TV remote
To switch sources between the PC and laptop, use the "source" button in the middle of the remote.
Raise and lower the audio from the settings of the computer, or using the volume buttons on the remote.
Zoom and Poly Camera
The Camera Works with a PC below or behind the monitor
On the PC, zoom can be accessed via the desktop icon or via Bridges. Please log in through the Single Sign On (SSO) when using the icon. It uses your Microsoft credentials.
After opening a zoom meeting, the poly unit connects automatically. If not, go to Audio Settings in the lower left and select "Echo cancelling Speakerphone (Polycom Studio)". We recommend doing a mic and speaker test via the zoom settings.
The triangular extension mic can be moved to the most effective area in the room. If the middle light is red it is muted. Pressing it will unmute the mic.
