  • The available sources are:
    • PC- Desktop PC
    • Laptop HDMI- HDMI or HDMI to USB-C Connection
    • AirMedia - Wireless Connection
  • Then press "show on left projector" and "show on right projector" to have them display.
  • Different sources can be shown on each projector if needed.

To Turn Off

*Note: Please make sure to turn off the system before leaving the room.

  • Press the EXIT button in the upper right on the screen.
  • When it asks if you are sure you want to shut down, select "yes."

Connecting a Device

Room PC

  • To use the PC dedicated to the room, make sure it is plugged in and on. It will display when "Room Computer" is the selected source

Personal Device

  • To use your own laptop or other portable device, plug it into the HDMI cable and select "_____" as the source.
  • If your device only has USB-C ports, you may need an adapter to use it with the HDMI connection. These are available at the MediaTech help desk.

Using AirMedia

Setting Up AirMedia

  • To use the wireless connection, select the "AirMedia" source on the touch panel.
  • An IP address will be visible in the lower left hand corner of the projection ("10.103._._")
  • Enter this number into the web address area of Chrome or Firefox on the device you are connecting. This brings you to a page to download the AirMedia software.
  • Once the software is downloaded and opened, a 4-digit number will appear on the projection.
  • Enter this number into the box that pops up on your device. This connects the device image and sound to the monitor.

*If you have a MAC laptop, follow the same directions. After downloading the software, the AirMedia with corresponding room number will appear as a mirroring option. Select that to display your device.
