Turning System ON and OFF
To Turn On
- Use the Samsung remote or the POWER button below the TV monitor to turn on the TV.
*Note: If you are planning to use the Classroom PC, make sure the PC underneath the counter in the rack is ON.
- Use the touch panel to select an input and send to the TVs/projector.

The available sources are:
- PC- Desktop PC
- Laptop HDMI -HDMI Connection
- Doc Cam - Document Camera
- AirMedia - Wireless Connection


To Turn Off
*Note: Please make sure to turn off the system before leaving the room.
- Press the EXIT button on the touch panel.
- When it asks if you are sure, select YES
Connecting a Device
Personal Laptop
- For personal devices, plug in your device using the HDMI cable in the room, located on the wall under the TV or under the table (depending on the room layout.)
- You may need an adapter to connect the cable if your laptop does not have an HDMI port. You can borrow one from the Media Tech help desk, located on the first floor of the University Library.
- To switch sources between the Room PC and laptop, use the source button in the middle of the remote.
- To adjust the audio, you can use the audio options on your device as well as the volume buttons on the remote.


Using Zoom
When using Zoom on the Room PC, please follow the instructions below.
- Access Zoom either by clicking the desktop icon or via Bridges. Login using your RWU Microsoft credentials.



- Once open, go to "Audio Settings" in the lower left and select "Echo Cancelling Speakerphone."
- We recommend doing a mic and speaker test via the Zoom Settings.
