The Creston Control panel runs the system in this room. At the instructor’s station, there are a desktop computer, Blu-Ray player, a Document Camera, and VGA & HDMI connections.

To Power On/Off Projection System

Press the button on the top right above the volume knob.

Sources On Control Panel

AirMedia – Wireless Projection
PC – Desktop PC
HDMI – HDMI connection (via HDMI Wall input)

Connecting with AirMedia

Laptops and Smart Devices connect wirelessly via AirMedia.

Select the AirMedia source on the Control Panel.

Laptops:

Open a web browser and enter the URL at the bottom of the screen.
Download AirMedia for your system.
Enter the 4-digit Code located at the bottom corner of the screen. (Code changes each time.)
To disconnect, exit AirMedia on the laptop.

Smart Devices:

Download the Crestron AirMedia App to your device.
Open the App. Enter the URL. Then tap Present with AirMedia.
Enter the 4-digit Code to connect.
Note: For iPads, an AirPlay prompt appears with instructions after entering the URL.
To disconnect, exit the AirMedia App.
