Logging into Etrieve Central

1. In Google Chrome, enter the following link: rwucentral.etrieve.cloud

2. Once loaded, an initial "splash page" will be presented, allowing user to sign in using your Username and password.

3. At the login page, use your RWU credentials. Below are the formatting's to use.

Faculty and Staff: username@rwu.edu
Students: username@students.rwu.edu

4. Congratulations! You have successfully logged onto Etrieve!

Navigating Etrieve Central

Within Etrieve Central, there are many features accessible to users.

The Primary Navigation Panel is located on the left portion of the home page and consists of two sections: Flow and Forms.

Flow:

Inbox- The Inbox panel contains requests that have been submitted and assigned to you that need to be looked at. Screenshot of Activity link. An icon of a hand pointing a finger towards the right located to the left of the word 'Activity'.

Activity- The Activity Panel will show all the requests that have been processed by you or your group.

Forms:

Forms- In the Forms panel, the submitter will be able to initiate various requests that have been assigned to you. Screenshot of Drafts link. An icon of a sheet of paper is to the left of the word 'Drafts'.

Drafts- In the Drafts panel, you can keep requests you want to access/complete at a later time. Requests not submitted will appear here.

Forms Panel

Under the Forms panel, you'll see various forms that you have permission to complete and submit.

The Primary Navigation Panel may be collapsed to increase the screen space available for the Document Viewer by clicking the arrowhead (<) at the center of the line at the bottom if the Panel. Clicking it again will restore the original panel size.
