Clearing Cookies and Cache on Chrome or Firefox
When you use a browser, like Chrome or Firefox, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites.
1. Open the browser you are trying to clear.

2. Press the following keys.
Windows: Ctrl + Shift + Del
Mac: Command + Shift + Del
3. The pop-up menu will allow you to clear the data. Select clear site data. Select time as 24 Hours from the drop-down menu.
If your issue persists, you may need to choose a larger time from the drop-down menu.
4. Select the "Clear data" button in the bottom right corner.
Full Process:
2. Select the 3 lines on the top right-hand corner (or the three dots in the top right-hand-corner if on Chrome) for a pop-up menu. Select 'Settings'.

3. In Settings, select 'Privacy and Security'. Scroll down to the option that reads 'Cookies and Site Data'.

4. Once at the option 'Cookies and Site Data', select the option that reads 'Clear Data'. Choose what data you want to clear and you will be all set!
