Update Password Instructions for Staff

If your account password has not expired, you can update your password before the expiration date by following the steps below. 


  1. 1. Navigate to the password management tool at passwords.rwu.edu.

2. Enter username into login box. Select Domain as RWU from drop down menu. Press Login.

  1. 3. Enter your password.  Press Login.


  2. Login box now displays password criteria box. Login button on bottom.
     

  1. 4. Select the Change Password Tab. 


Account page once logged into passwords.rwu.edu. Tabs on the top left options. Second tab is circled in yellow titled Change password. 


  2. 5. Select Accounts that you would like to reset. We recommend resetting all accounts, so passwords synchronize.

  • 6.  Enter the  required criteria fields. The new password will need: 

  • Eight Characters 
  • Capital Letter 
  • Number 
  • Special Character

  1. 7. Select Change Password 

Change password tab has green button below text fields to Change Password boxed in yellow.
