Turning System ON and OFF
To Turn On
- If the touch panel is black, tap it to turn it on.
- Tap the bottom of the panel to enter the system.
- To change the source display and lower the screen, press the Source button.

The available sources are:
- PC- Desktop PC
- Laptop HDMI -HDMI Connection
- Air Media - Wireless connection
- BluRay - BluRay Discs
To Turn Off
*Note: Please make sure to turn off the system before leaving the room.
- Press the EXIT button on the touch panel.
- When it asks if you are sure you would like to exit the system, select "yes."
Connecting a Device
Personal Laptop
- There is an HDMI cable giving you the ability to connect your laptop.
- If your laptop does not have the correct port, there are adapters available for checkout at the MediaTech Desk, located by the main entrance of the University Library.
- When connected, select "Laptop" as the source on the touch panel.
AirMedia
Wireless connection for laptops and smart devices.
- Select "AirMedia" as the source on the touch panel.
- If you are on a laptop, open your web browser and enter the URL at the bottom of the TV screen (10.103....)
- Download AirMedia for your system.
- Enter the 4-digit code located at the bottom corner of the screen.
- If you are on a smart device, download the Creston AirMedia app to your device
- Enter the 4-digit code to connect.
* Note: For iPads, an AirPlay prompt appears with instructions after entering the URL.
- To disconnect, exit the AirMedia app.
AV Features
Microphones
- Wireless mics: Handheld and Lav mic are located in the rack.
- Wired mics: External mics must be plugged into the rack.
Camera
- For video capturing and configuring microphone volume.
