Accesing Microsoft O365 Suite WebApps
Students have access to the Microsoft O365 web applications using their RWU Microsoft O365 account.
Please refer to the Students New RWU O365 Accounts for more information.
1. Navigate to Microsoft365.com
2. Enter your RWU Microsoft O365 email address.
Your email address is comprised of the first initial of your first name + Last name + the 3 numbers assigned to you + followed by @students.rwu.edu (e.g. jdoe123@students.rwu.edu)
3. Please enter your most current RWU account password.

4. When prompted, choose whether you’d like to “Stay Signed In.” Once you make your choice, the login process will continue.
5. After logging into your RWU Microsoft O365 account, click the App Launcher button located in the top left corner.
6. After clicking, a drop-down menu will appear showing some Microsoft O365 apps. To see all available apps, click on "More apps."
7. After clicking "More apps," you’ll see your apps and services organized into categories like Teaching and Learning, Faculty and Staff, and Student Services.
8. Click on "All apps" in the top right corner and scroll down to the "Teaching and Learning" section, where you’ll find the most commonly accessed services for RWU students, such as Bridges, Brightspace, and RogerCentral. You can also browse or search for specific apps and services using the search bar at the top.
