Turnitin & Brightspace

Turnitin is is an anti-plagiarism detector and educational resource for faculty and students.

Turnitin is integrated into Brigthspace as an option within the Brightspace Assignments tool to automatically check each student submission.

Important note: Students must accept the End User License agreement when submitting an assignment in order for submissions to be checked.

To check an assessment that is not an assignment, please request a separate account to manually upload the material directly into the TurnitIn platform by contacting the ID team at id@rwu.edu
