How to download Microsoft Office for Students

Students can download Microsoft Office applications using their RWU Microsoft Office 365 account.

1. Visit the Office portal

2. Log In

3. Verify your identity

You will be prompted to verify your identity through the Microsoft Authenticator

4. Select “Apps” > “More Apps”

5. Select “Install apps” > “Microsoft 365 apps”

6. Select “Install Office” to download

7. Wait for the file to download and click to install
